Purpose: Introduction business and human rights to business community to help business people to recognize importance of human value centered management - Helping to understand global trends,international standards and principles regarding business and human rights including UN "Protect, Respect and Remedy" Framework - Proposing methods of respecting human rights in business operation - Suggesting the list of human rights issues that companies to respect with detailed explanation by sector and with cases - Introducing the list of organizations in order to get help and information - Raising awareness of human rights for potential victims related with business activities and introducing non-judicial grievance mechanisms.
