Writer gcef [Date : 2023-01-05 20:08:42 ]    Subject G20 Business Policy TF Member - 2022 B20 Indonesia Ms. Angela Joo-Hyun Kang, Founder and Executive President of Global Competitiveness Empowerment Forum (GCEF) was appointed as a member of 2022 B20 Indonesia, the official engagement group of business community, which presents policy recommendations to 2022 G20 Indonesia. Ms. Kang participated in the B20 policy suggestion making process as a member of Integrity & Compliance Task Force (I&C TF) of Indonesia. The I&C TF of 2022 B20 Indonesia has 103 members in total and Ms. Kang was the only South Korean woman in the I&C TF. There are six task forces of 2022 B20 Indonesia - Trade & Investment, Energy/Sustainability/Climate, Finance & Infrastructure, Digitalization, Future of Work & Education, and Integrity & Compliance. Also, during the Indonesian G20/B20 presidency year, B20 Indonesia has launched its focused issue, Women in Business Action Council (WIBAC). Ms. Kang participated in WIBAC as well. Among 100 members in total from G20 countries, Ms. Kang was the only South Korean woman. Ms. Kang has participated in B20 from 2016 to 2022 except 2019 as a member of 2016 B20 China Infrastructure Taskforce, 2017 B20 Germany Financing Growth & Infrastructure Taskforce as well as Responsible Business Conduct & Anti-Corruption Cross-Thematic Group, 2018 B20 Argentina Integrity & Compliance Taskforce, 2020 B20 Saudi Arabia Integrity & Compliance Taskforce, and 2021 B20 Italy Integrity & Compliance Taskforce.
