Writer gcef [Date : 2015-07-19 10:43:07 ]    Subject Guest Speaker - Korea Rail Network Authority (KR) for Human Rights Lecture Ms. Angela Joo-Hyun Kang, Founder and Executive President, Global Competitiveness Empowerment Forum (GCEF) was invited to speak about "Business and Human Rights" at the headquarter building of Korea Rail Network Authority (KR) on July 3, 2015 to about 400 employees including its CEO. Korea Rail Network Authority(KR) was established in January 2004 to be in charge of rail construction & rail facilities management. Korea Rail Network Authority (KR) has successfully constructed Gyeongbu High Speed Rail line as well as metropolitan intercity rail lines and modernized rail facilities including improvement of Jeolla line of Honam line.
